We offer free pickup for all of Manhattan under 100th street. Even if you are out of our free pickup zone, our rates are very inexpensive.

How much does an estimate cost?

All of our estimates are absolutely free. When you bring your computer to LaptopMD, we will give you a free diagnosis. Even if you decide not to repair your computer, you will know exactly what the problem is. The best part is, we will give you an estimate while you wait.

How does the "If you don't fix it, I don't pay" guarantee work?

If our technicians do not fix your computer, you will not be charged. This guarantee applies to both software and hardware issues. That said, we are confident there is no problem we cannot fix. However, the repair costs might amount to more than the computer is worth. In that case, we will recommend a data transfer onto a DVD, External Hard Drive, or new Computer.

Does LaptopMD sell computers?

Of course we do! We have both refurbished and new computers for sale. We have excellent prices, and we include a 30-day LaptopMD warranty with all our computers. Not only that, we will transfer the data from your old computer for free! Don't forget to ask about our extended warranty plans.
